## Notes

- **All tests use LIVE API calls** - no mocks
- Tokens loaded from `.env.local` (`GOOGLE_API_KEY`, `GITHUB_TOKEN`)
- Tests create real GitHub resources (issues, PRs) and clean them up automatically
- Symlink `scripts/agents/.env.local` → root `.env.local` for shared credentials
