### Priority 3: Test Coverage Fix ✅
**Objective**: Fix test execution and measure actual coverage
**Problem Identified**:
- 139 tests written but showing 2% coverage
- Import path misconfiguration
- Tests couldn't import modules
**Solution Implemented**:
1. ✅ Updated `pytest.ini`:

2. ✅ Fixed 26 test files:
- Changed: `from src.windows_operations_mcp` → `from windows_operations_mcp`

- `docs/development/TEST_COVERAGE_FIX.md` documentation
