## Scripts

| `scripts/install.ps1` | PowerShell: pip install -e ".[dev]", npm install in webapp (one-time after clone) |
| `scripts/install.bat` | CMD: same |
| `scripts/start.ps1` | PowerShell: kill 5181/5180, close their parent windows, kill project-scoped watchfiles; start API and webapp in two windows; pause on exit |
| `scripts/start.bat` | CMD: same; uses netstat/taskkill and pause |
| `scripts/check.ps1` | Ruff, mypy, pytest (`-All` or `-Ruff`, `-Mypy`, `-Test`) |
