## Restructuring Plan
### Phase 1: Preserve (DONE)

### Phase 2: Consolidate Tracking Files

## Critical Notes
1. **DO NOT delete CNV or IFS notebooks** - These are production/personal
2. **Notebooks are NOT shared by default** - Each account only sees its own notebooks
3. **Language issue**: Changing Google Account language does NOT immediately change NotebookLM UI language (cached in profile)
