# Code Duplication Analysis Report ## Summary I've identified **significant code duplication** across the cBioPortal MCP server endpoints. The duplicated patterns span 4 endpoint modules and represent approximately **40% of the codebase** that could be refactored. ## Major Duplication Patterns ### 1. **Pagination Logic Pattern** (HIGH SEVERITY) **Locations:** -
