## Problem Analysis

### Root Cause
When Python runs in **module mode** with `python -m mcp_server`, all imports must use:
1. **Relative imports** (e.g., `from ..core.config import get_settings`)
2. **Absolute imports from package root** (e.g., `from mcp_server.core.config import get_settings`)
The original code used **absolute imports from a non-existent top-level module**:
