Service Description CodeGuard AI is a VS Code/Cursor extension that scans code for compliance risks (GDPR, LGPD, AI Act) and provides AI-powered fixes. ## 2. Credits System - **Credits are prepaid units** for AI-powered code fixes - **1 credit = 1 AI fix** applied to your code - **Credits do not expire** unless your account is inactive for 24+ months - **Credits are non-transferable** between accounts ## 3. Refund Policy - **Full refund within 7 days** if no credits have been used - **No refund** after any credit has been consumed - Refund requests: support@codeguard.dev ## 4. Payment Processing - Payments processed securely by **Stripe** - We do not store your card details - Prices shown include applicable taxes ## 5. Account Requirements - Valid email address required - Same email must be used in extension settings - One account per email address ## 6. Acceptable Use You agree NOT to: - Reverse engineer the extension - Share your account credentials - Use the service for illegal purposes ## 7. Limitation of Liability CodeGuard AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for: - Code changes made by AI fixes - Compliance decisions based on scan results - Indirect or consequential damages ## 8.
