- **BREAKING:** Fixed all API endpoints to match actual PayPls API
- `wallet_balance` now uses `GET /agent/balance` (was `/v1/buckets/{id}/balance`)

- `wallet_receive` now uses `POST /agent/receive` (was `/v1/buckets/{id}/address`)
