# ✅ FIX: Source Path Reporting
## What Changed?
I've updated the `md` tool (`read_all` action) to **explicitly report** which file it's reading.
## New Output Format
When the AI agent calls `read_all`, it will now see:
```markdown
# Project Documentation
> **Source**: `/home/mc/Desktop/ServiceApp/README.md`
[Content of the file...]
```
## Why This Helps
1. **Transparency**: The AI agent will immediately know *exactly* which file it read.
2. **Verification**: If it sees `/home/mc/README.md` (the wrong file), it knows something is wrong with the configuration.
3. **Debugging**: It confirms that `CLIENT_CWD` is working correctly.
## How to Test
1. Ensure `CLIENT_CWD` is set in your config:
```json
"env": {
"CLIENT_CWD": "/home/mc/Desktop/ServiceApp"
}
```
2. Restart your AI assistant.
3. Ask it to "Read all docs".
4. Check that the response starts with `> Source: /home/mc/Desktop/ServiceApp/README.md`.
## If It Still Reads Home Directory
If the output still shows `/home/mc/README.md`, it means `CLIENT_CWD` is not being picked up. Double check:
- JSON syntax in config file
- Path is correct and absolute
- Application was restarted
