[Fork](https://github.com/medplum/medplum-websocket-subscriptions-demo/fork) and clone the repo. If you want to change any environment variables from the defaults, copy the `.env.defaults` file to `.env` ```bash cp .env.defaults .env ``` And make the changes you need.
