# Phase 1.3 Implementation Summary: Unit Test Utilities & Helpers
## Overview
Implemented comprehensive unit testing infrastructure for the Mealie MCP Server, providing fixtures, mocks, and patterns for testing individual components in complete isolation.

### 1. Unit Test Fixtures ✅

Implemented comprehensive mocking infrastructure for unit tests:
#### HTTP Mocking Fixtures
- **`mock_httpx_client`** - Mocked httpx.Client (no real HTTP calls)
- Fully functional MagicMock with spec
- Prevents accidental network requests
- Enables method call assertions
- **`mock_mealie_client`** - Pre-configured MealieClient with mocked HTTP
- Ready-to-use client for testing
- HTTP client already mocked and injected
