Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | A random string used for cookie encryption (e.g., generated via 'openssl rand -hex 32'). | |
| ACCESS_AUTHORIZATION_URL | Yes | The authorization URL for your Access for SaaS OIDC application. |
