2. **`detect_anomalies(threshold, time_window_hours)`** - Detect performance anomalies
- Uses Z-score analysis (default: 2.0 standard deviations)
- Calculates baseline vs current performance
- Identifies drops and spikes in completion rates
3. **`aggregate_hourly_metrics(skill_name, hours)`** - Hourly time-series aggregation
- Aggregates metrics by hour for trend plotting
- Filters by specific skill or all skills

4. **`get_community_baselines()`** - Get global skill effectiveness
