## Phase 4: Port API Clients ✅
Successfully ported all three Supabase registry API clients from source MCPs.

### Error Handling ✅
All registries implement robust error handling:
- `search()` returns empty list on error
- `get()` returns None on error
- `publish()` returns `{"error": "..."}` on error
- `delete()` returns `{"error": "..."}` on error
- Connection errors logged to stderr
