# ADR: formatResult Architecture Refactoring (PR #483)

## Context
The Attio MCP Server suffered from a critical architectural flaw in the formatResult functions across universal tools. These functions exhibited dual-mode behavior based on environment detection, violating the Single Responsibility Principle and creating unpredictable behavior.
### Problem Statement

## Decision
