This 'Controls' access to the 'Source' (the tasklist) by only allowing one person to edit it at any given time. Whilst this might seem restrictive, ToDoList contains a variety of simple options to make it an efficient way to share a tasklist between up to 10 people (this is the largest team currently working in this way). Note: if you answered 'yes' to wanting to share your tasklists during the Setup phase then these options will already be configured but read on if you would like more insight into how it works. The key to working efficiently with team members to to ensure that no team member keeps the tasklist locked (called 'Checked-Out' in ToDoList) for longer than is absolutely necessary. To prevent this happening ToDoList has the following preferences: 1. Unlock (called 'Check-In' in ToDoList) tasklists when the application and/or the tasklist is closed 2. Check-in tasklists if there has been no editing activity for some specified period of time.</COMMENTS><DEPENDS>20</DEPENDS><FILEREFPATH>.\Evidence Board Photos\doll.jpg</FILEREFPATH></TASK><TASK ID="23" TITLE="Getting Help" REFID="0" COMMENTSTYPE="PLAIN_TEXT" ICONINDEX="78" PRIORITY="9" RISK="0" TIMEESTIMATE="0.00000000" TIMEESTUNITS="D" PERCENTDONE="0" DUEDATE="45940.00000000" DUEDATESTRING="10/10/2025" STARTDATE="45933.00000000" STARTDATESTRING="3/10/2025" CREATIONDATE="41885.00000000" CREATIONDATESTRING="3/9/2014" LASTMOD="47122.44428241" LASTMODSTRING="4/1/2029 10:39 " LASTMODBY="DanielG" COLOR="6815996" WEBCOLOR="#FC0068" POS="13" POSSTRING="14" CALCTIMEREMAINING="-1459.44668981" CALCTIMEREMAININGUNITS="D" TEXTCOLOR="255" TEXTWEBCOLOR="#FF0000" PRIORITYCOLOR="6815996" PRIORITYWEBCOLOR="#FC0068"><COMMENTS>There are a number of resources that are available to help you get the most out of ToDoList: 1. Tools &gt; Preferences - file://todolist.exe%20-cmd%2032828 ToDoList provides a wealth of user options for configuring and controlling its behaviour. In my experience a vast number of requests are satisfied by directing people to the Preferences. 2. Online Documentation - http://abstractspoon.com/wiki/doku.php?id=start This wiki attempts to describe all functional aspects of the software and also provides a series of broader discussion topics which you may find useful. 3.
