# Service Agreement **Effective Date:** 2025-12-25 ## 1. Introduction Welcome to the Excel-to-JSON MCP service or Excel-to-JSON API service ("Service"). This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and **WTSolutions** ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service The Service is API Server or MCP server providing service that allows users to convert Excel files into JSON format. The Service is designed to facilitate the conversion of data from Excel spreadsheets into JSON, which can be used for various applications, including web development, data interchange, and more. ## 3. User Requirements To use the Service, you must: - Provide accurate and complete data when using the Service. - Ensure the data sent complies with the format requirements for Excel files, CSV data, or file URLs. ## 4. License and Restrictions We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. For basic functionality, this license is free of charge. For Pro features that require a paid subscription, a valid Pro Code is required. You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service. - Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party. - Share or transfer your Pro Code or subscription to another user. - Use the Service for commercial purposes, any illegal or unauthorized purpose. ## 5. Subscription Terms The Pro features of the Service are available through a subscription. Key terms include: - A 7-day free trial period is offered for new subscribers - You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without charge - After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew each month - You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle - We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice - All payments are non-refundable except as required by law - A valid Pro Code is required to access Pro features ## 6. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for: - Ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the data you convert using the Service. - Maintaining the security of your Pro Code and any data processed through the Service. - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service. ## 7. Data Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your "Excel data","CSV data" or "File in provided URL" is transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed through our Cloudflare Workers-based Service. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Microsoft Excel. ## 9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall **WTSolutions** be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. ## 10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. ## 11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of P.R.China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and WTSolutions agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the court located within Beijing, China for the purpose of litigating all such disputes. ## 12. Changes to this Agreement We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. ## 13.
