# ✅ Deployment Setup Complete
## What We've Done
### 1. ✅ Created GitHub Actions Workflow
- Added `.github/workflows/azure-deploy.yml` for continuous deployment
- Configured automatic deployment on push to main branch
- Added build, test, and deployment steps
- Included health check verification
### 2. ✅ Cleaned Up Old Deployment Files
- Removed all old zip files:
- `deployment-fixed.zip`
- `deployment-github-fixed.zip`
- `deployment.zip`
- `minimal-deploy.zip`
- Removed `package-deploy.json`
- Removed `deploy-package/` directory
- Updated `.gitignore` to prevent future deployment file commits
### 3. ✅ Updated Git Configuration
- Added deployment files to `.gitignore`
- Committed and pushed changes to GitHub
- **GitHub Actions workflow is now active!**
### 4. ✅ Created Comprehensive Documentation
- `GITHUB_AZURE_DEPLOYMENT.md` - Complete setup guide
- Step-by-step instructions for Azure configuration
## 🚀 Next Steps (You Need to Do These)
### Step 1: Create Azure App Service
Choose one option:
**Option A: Azure Portal (Recommended)**
1. Go to [Azure Portal](https://portal.azure.com)
2. Create a Web App with these settings:
- Name: `bitrix24-mcp-server` (or choose your own unique name)
- Runtime: Node 18 LTS
- OS: Linux
- Plan: B1 Basic or higher
**Option B: Azure CLI**
```bash
az login
az group create --name bitrix24-rg --location "East US"
az appservice plan create --name bitrix24-plan --resource-group bitrix24-rg --sku B1 --is-linux
az webapp create --resource-group bitrix24-rg --plan bitrix24-plan --name bitrix24-mcp-server --runtime "NODE:18-lts"
```
### Step 2: Configure GitHub Secret
1. In Azure Portal, download the publish profile from your App Service
2. In GitHub, go to Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions
3. Add secret: `AZURE_WEBAPP_PUBLISH_PROFILE` with the publish profile content
### Step 3: Set Environment Variables in Azure
In your Azure App Service Configuration:
- `BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URL`: Your webhook URL
- `BITRIX24_ACCESS_TOKEN`: Your access token
- `NODE_ENV`: `production`
### Step 4: Update App Name (If Different)
If you used a different app name than `bitrix24-mcp-server`:
1. Edit `.github/workflows/azure-deploy.yml`
2. Change `AZURE_WEBAPP_NAME` to your app name
3. Commit and push the change
## 🎯 Deployment Process
Once you complete the setup:
1. **Automatic**: Every push to `main` branch triggers deployment
2. **Manual**: Go to GitHub Actions tab and run the workflow manually
## 🔍 Verification
After deployment, your app will be available at:
- `https://your-app-name.azurewebsites.net/`
- `https://your-app-name.azurewebsites.net/health`
## 📋 Current Status
- ✅ GitHub Actions workflow configured
- ✅ Old deployment files cleaned up
- ✅ Code pushed to GitHub
- ⏳ **Waiting for you to set up Azure App Service**
- ⏳ **Waiting for you to configure GitHub secrets**
## 📚 Documentation
- `GITHUB_AZURE_DEPLOYMENT.md` - Complete setup guide
- `AZURE_DEPLOYMENT_GUIDE.md` - Original deployment guide (legacy)
## 🆘 Need Help?
If you encounter issues:
1. Check the GitHub Actions logs in your repository
2. Review Azure App Service logs
3. Refer to the troubleshooting section in `GITHUB_AZURE_DEPLOYMENT.md`
**Your continuous deployment is ready to go once you complete the Azure setup!**
