### **Problem Description**
The MCP Inspector was showing numerous JSON parsing errors:

### **Root Cause Analysis**
#### **MCP Protocol vs Logging Conflict**
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) uses **stdio (standard input/output)** for communication between client and server. The protocol expects:
- **Clean JSON messages** on stdout/stderr
- **No extraneous output** that could interfere with message parsing
