MCP Labs may assign this Agreement to any successor or acquirer of its business. --- SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. --- AMENDMENTS: MCP Labs may update these terms with 60 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
