# ADVANCED UNITY MCP LICENSE AGREEMENT **Date:** 1 July 2025 **Version:** 1.0 This Advanced Unity MCP license agreement (“License”) is concluded between You and Code Maestro Inc., the company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America, with its registered address at: 919 North Market Street, Suite 950 in the city of Wilmington, zip code 19801 (“Code Maestro” or “Licensor”) with respect to use of the Advanced Unity MCP available at: [https://github.com/codemaestroai/advanced-unity-mcp](https://github.com/codemaestroai/advanced-unity-mcp). By downloading, accessing, installing, or otherwise using the Advanced Unity MCP ("Module"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. --- ## GRANT OF LICENSE **1.1.** Code Maestro grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and royalty-free license to use the Module for personal or internal business purposes. This License is perpetual unless terminated by the Licensor under the terms of this Agreement. You may: - download, install, and use the Module on any devices, - use the Module solely for your internal use (personal or commercial purpose), - make backup copies of the Module for archival purposes. **1.2. Restrictions on use** You may not: - Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Module, - Redistribute or sublicense the Module in any form without prior written permission, - Use the Module to create derivative works intended for resale or distribution. --- ## 2. OWNERSHIP **2.1.** All rights, title, and interest in and to the Module, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, remain solely with Code Maestro. Nothing in this License transfers any rights to You beyond those explicitly granted. **2.2.** The Licensor acknowledges and warrants that it does not obtain any ownership interest in any developments that You may develop using the Module. --- ## 3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY **3.1.** The Module is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. **3.2.** There is no warranty that: - the Module will be error-free or will operate without interruption; - the Module will meet your requirements; - any bugs or issues will be fixed. You use the Module entirely at your own risk. **3.3.** Code Maestro is under no obligation to provide technical support, updates, bug fixes, or maintenance for the Module. --- ## 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY **4.1.** In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, loss of goodwill or reputation, business interruption, consequential, indirect, special, punitive damages. **4.2.** The Licensor’s aggregate liability under this License shall not exceed the amount of zero (0) US dollars, as the Module is distributed free of charge. --- ## 5. TERMINATION **5.1.** This License shall be effective until terminated. You may stop using the Module at any time with or without notice. Further, if You want to terminate this License, You must provide the Licensor with a written notice and upon termination, stop all use of the Module. Code Maestro reserves the right to terminate this License or discontinue the Module or any portion or feature therein or Your access thereto for any reason and at any time without liability or other obligation to You. Upon any termination of this License or discontinuation of Your access to the Module, You will immediately stop using the Module and delete any cached data relating to the Module. --- ## 6. MISCELLANEOUS **6.1.** This License may be amended as solely deemed to be necessary by Code Maestro. **6.2.** This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Delaware, with regard to any and all claims by or against You arising out of or relating to this Agreement. **6.3.** By using the Module, You acknowledge and consent to the use of analytical tools and cookies by Code Maestro for diagnostic, usage, and performance tracking purposes, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. --- ## 7.
