BuildAutomata Memory MCP Server - License Agreement

Permission is hereby granted to any person obtaining a copy of this software and
associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use, copy, modify, and
distribute the Software, subject to the following conditions:
1. PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL USE
The Software may be used, modified, and distributed freely for personal and
educational purposes, provided that:

- This license notice is included in all copies or substantial portions
2. SMALL BUSINESS USE
Companies and individuals with annual revenue below $100,000 USD may use the
Software for commercial purposes, provided that:
- Attribution to the original author is maintained

3. LARGE COMPANY COMMERCIAL USE
Companies with annual revenue of $100,000 USD or more must obtain a commercial
license to use the Software for commercial purposes:
- License fee: $200 USD per user OR $20,000 USD per company (whichever is lower) per year.
