# Contributor License Agreement
Thank you for your interest in contributing to vibe-mcp ("Project"), owned and managed by Slash Vibe, Inc. ("Company").
By submitting a contribution (code, documentation, or other materials) to this Project, you agree to the following terms:
## 1. Grant of Rights
You grant to the Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
- Use, copy, modify, and distribute your contributions
- Sublicense your contributions under any license, including proprietary licenses
- Incorporate your contributions into commercial products and services
## 2. Original Work
You represent that your contributions are your original work and that you have the right to grant this license. If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you represent that you have received permission to make contributions on behalf of that employer.
## 3. No Warranty
You provide your contributions on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind.
## 4. Attribution
The Company will maintain a record of contributors in the project repository.
