# Modular Architecture
## Overview
The entire Keynote MCP project has been reorganized into a modular structure for better maintainability and updates. This includes both AppleScript files and Python tools, creating a comprehensive modular architecture that improves development experience and code quality.
### Key Modularization Achievements
- **AppleScript**: Split from one large `content.applescript` into specialized domain files
- **Python Tools**: Refactored `slide.py` (426 lines) into 6 specialized modules
- **Maintained**: 100% backward compatibility across all changes
- **Improved**: Development experience, maintainability, and scalability

## Modular Breakdown
### AppleScript Modules
#### 1. text_content.applescript
**Purpose**: Handle all text-related content operations
- `addTextBox()` - Add text boxes
- `addTitle()` - Add titles with formatting
- `addSubtitle()` - Add subtitles
- `addBulletList()` - Create bullet point lists
- `addNumberedList()` - Create numbered lists
- `addCodeBlock()` - Add code blocks with monospace font
- `addQuote()` - Add quoted text with italic styling
- `editTextBox()` - Edit existing text content
#### 2. media_content.applescript
**Purpose**: Handle multimedia content

#### 2. schemas.py (120 lines)
**Purpose**: Centralized MCP tool schema definitions
- JSON schema definitions for all 9 slide tools

#### 3. basic_operations.py (100 lines)
**Purpose**: CRUD operations for slides
- `add_slide()` - Create new slides with layout options

#### 4. navigation_operations.py (90 lines)
