# Jakarta Migration Premium Plugin - End User License Agreement

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee") and Adrian Mikula ("Licensor") for the Jakarta Migration Premium Plugin ("the Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Software.
## 2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Software on any number of development machines
- Make copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes
- Use the Software for commercial and non-commercial projects
## 3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee shall NOT:
- Sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
## 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This EULA does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Software.
## 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
## 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
## 7. TERMINATION
This EULA shall terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any term of this EULA. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies thereof.
## 8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software may include third-party open source components licensed under their respective licenses. Licensee's use of such components is subject to the terms of their respective licenses.
## 9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
