# Individual Contributor License Agreement
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Jakarta Migration MCP.
## Agreement
By signing this Individual Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement"), you grant Adrian Mikula ("Licensor") a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your contribution ("Contribution") to Jakarta Migration MCP under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License").
## Representations
You represent that:
1. You are legally entitled to grant the license under the License.
2. Your Contribution is your original work, or you have the right to submit it under the License.
3. You have the right to assign the license as stated in this Agreement.
## Copyright License
You grant Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contribution and such derivative works under the Apache License 2.0.
## Patent License
You grant Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contribution under the Apache License 2.0.
## Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you:
- File a lawsuit alleging that any part of the Contribution infringes a patent or copyright
- Become insolvent or make an assignment for the benefit of creditors
## Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Western Australia.
