## Overview
The Jakarta Migration Code Refactoring Module has been fully implemented according to the architecture design document. All core components, domain models, services, and comprehensive unit tests are in place.

## Implementation Details
### CodeRefactoringModule Interface
The interface provides the following methods as specified in the architecture:
1. **createMigrationPlan** - Creates a migration plan with optimal refactoring order
2. **refactorBatch** - Refactors a batch of files using OpenRewrite recipes
3. **getProgress** - Tracks migration progress across the codebase
4. **validateRefactoring** - Validates refactored code for correctness
5. **rollback** - Rolls back refactoring changes if needed
### RefactoringEngine
The `RefactoringEngine` provides a simplified implementation that:
- Applies Jakarta namespace migration recipes (javax.* → jakarta.*)
- Updates persistence.xml namespaces
- Updates web.xml namespaces
- Can be extended with full OpenRewrite integration
### CodeRefactoringModuleImpl
The implementation:
- Integrates all services (MigrationPlanner, RecipeLibrary, RefactoringEngine, ChangeTracker, ProgressTracker)
- Handles batch refactoring with checkpoint creation
- Validates refactored code
- Tracks progress across the codebase
- Supports dry-run mode
- Handles errors gracefully
