# CryptoDataAPI MCP Server
An [MCP (Model Context Protocol)](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) server that gives AI agents real-time crypto market data through [CryptoDataAPI](https://cryptodataapi.com).

## Setup
### 1. Get an API Key
Sign up at [cryptodataapi.com](https://cryptodataapi.com) and create an API key.
### 2. Configure Your AI Client
#### Claude Desktop
Add to `~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json`:

## Environment Variables
