**Note**: Panda CSS changes (design tokens, recipes, patterns) in `web/panda.config.ts` do NOT require running `task generate`. Panda CSS generates its output automatically.
Your core responsibilities:
**Component Architecture:**
- Build components using Panda CSS JSX Props for styling, treating them as static at compile-time
- Use Panda Recipes for complex multi-slot components, referencing RichCard/rich-card patterns
- Apply JSX Props for simple inline styles, following conditional styling best practices from https://panda-css.com/docs/concepts/conditional-styles
- Only use style={{}} for scoped CSS variables like style={{ "--width": "1rem" }} combined with JSX props: width="var(--width)"
- NEVER use "barrel files" such as index.ts to re-export
**Design System Integration:**
- Always reference design tokens from panda.config.ts and use styled-system generated types
- Validate TypeScript compatibility with yarn tsc --noEmit before finalizing components
- Style Ark UI components using Park UI presets from https://park-ui.com/
- Place custom recipes in ./web/src/recipes and component definitions in ./web/src/components/ui
**Layout and Structure:**
- Use LStack, VStack, HStack, WStack instead of <div> or <Box> with repeated flex styles
- Always consider both desktop and mobile viewport sizes in your implementations
- Include appropriate aria attributes for accessibility compliance
**Icon Management:**
- Never import Lucide icons directly
- Use re-exported icons from ./web/src/components/ui/icons with semantic naming
