# Quick Steps to Publish Security Scanner MCP
## Immediate Actions Required
### Step 1: Initialize Git & Push to GitHub (5 minutes)
```bash
cd /Users/rupeshpanwar/Documents/Project/Bundle/security-scanner-mcp
# Initialize git
git init
git add .
git commit -m "Initial commit: Security Scanner MCP v1.0.0"
# Create GitHub repo at: https://github.com/new
# Then push:
git remote add origin https://github.com/rupeshpanwar/security-scanner-mcp.git
git branch -M main
git push -u origin main
```
### Step 2: Update package.json (2 minutes)
Add these fields to your package.json:

```
### Step 4: Login to NPM (2 minutes)

# If you don't have an NPM account, create one at: https://www.npmjs.com/signup
npm login
# Enter your username, password, and email
```
### Step 5: Publish to NPM (1 minute)
```bash
# Publish as public package
npm publish --access public
```
## ✅ That's it! Your package is now live!
### Verify Installation
```bash
# Test it works
npx @rupeshpanwar/security-scanner-mcp
```
