## 🔧 **Troubleshooting**
### **Server Not Appearing?**
1. Make sure you **restarted Cursor completely**
2. Check MCP settings file exists:
```bash
cat ~/Library/Application\ Support/Cursor/User/globalStorage/kilocode.kilo-code/settings/mcp_settings.json | jq '.mcpServers."quake-coding-arena"'
```
### **Build File Missing?**
If `.smithery/index.cjs` doesn't exist:
```bash
cd /Users/gurindersingh/Documents/Developer/Quake-Coding-Arena-MCP
npm run build
```
### **Server Not Responding?**
- Verify the build file exists: `ls -la .smithery/index.cjs`
- Check file permissions: `chmod +x .smithery/index.cjs`
- Try rebuilding: `npm run build`
---
## 💡 **Alternative: HTTP Endpoint (Port 6487)**
If you prefer using the HTTP endpoint instead:
1. **Start the dev server:**
```bash
npm run dev
# Server runs on port 6487 (or next available)
```
2. **Update MCP settings** (if Cursor supports HTTP transport):
```json
{
"quake-coding-arena-http": {
"transport": "http",
"url": "http://localhost:6487/mcp"
}
}
```
**Note:** HTTP transport support depends on Cursor version. The local build method (above) is more reliable.

## ✅ **Status**
- ✅ MCP configuration added
- ✅ Build file exists: `.smithery/index.cjs`
- ✅ Ready to use after Cursor restart
**Just restart Cursor and start celebrating your coding victories! 🎉**
