## Who Needs a Commercial License?
You **do NOT** need a commercial license if you:
- Use Obsidian Palace MCP for personal use
- Use it for internal company operations (not as part of a product/service)
- Contribute to the open source project
- Are building open source software that is also AGPL-3.0 licensed
You **DO** need a commercial license if you:
- Want to embed Obsidian Palace MCP in a proprietary product or service
