The copyright holder reserves the right to transfer all rights, title, and interest in this Software to any entity, including but not limited to a company or corporation. 2. Such transfer shall not affect existing license grants. 3. Upon transfer, new versions of the Software may be released under the new copyright holder's name. 4. Transfer of ownership will be announced through official channels. LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. FREE TIER LICENSE TERMS: The Software may be used free of charge under the "Free Tier" which includes: a) Basic MCP implementation capabilities b) Access to CodeRide task management integration c) Community support d) Single command installation for VS Code extension 2. PREMIUM FEATURES: The following features require a valid paid subscription: a) Advanced context pack generator b) Team collaboration features c) Multi-AI provider support d) Priority support e) Access to premium task templates f) Enterprise-level permission controls g) Any additional features designated as premium 3. RESTRICTIONS: Users may not: a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Software beyond what is explicitly permitted in the Free Tier b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks d) Sell, lease, or sublicense the Software e) Use the Software to create competing products f) Bypass any technical measures that control access to premium features 4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: a) Premium features are available only with a valid, active subscription b) Subscription terms may be modified with 30 days notice c) Billing and payment terms are specified in the subscription agreement d) Subscriptions may be terminated for violation of these terms 5. NO WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION: a) The Software may collect usage data and metrics b) Data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy c) Premium features may involve additional data processing 10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turin, Italy. 11.
