Never call with empty `{}`. Always pass `ip` explicitly.

## VPN Detection
Use `get_plus_ip_info` (not `get_ip_info`) for privacy flags:
- `anonymous.vpn`, `anonymous.proxy`, `anonymous.tor`
- `is_hosting` = datacenter/cloud provider
