This document serves as the master index for the development of the RPG-MCP Server. It chronicles the journey from initial concept to a fully packaged, production-ready system.

Based on the main task map, there are still some items pending in Phase 1 (Critical Fixes) and beyond related to multi-tenancy and state management improvements.
