# Lazy Loading Implementation Complete ✅ ## Summary The M365 Core MCP Server has been successfully modernized with lazy loading and authentication-on-demand patterns. This ensures optimal performance, better compatibility with tool discovery systems like Smithery, and graceful handling of authentication requirements. ## Key Implementation Changes ### 1. Lazy Loading State Management ```typescript // Lazy loading state variables private isAuthenticated: boolean = false; private authenticationPromise: Promise<void> | null = null; private toolsRegistered: boolean = false; private resourcesRegistered: boolean = false; ``` ### 2. Authentication-on-Demand Methods - `ensureAuthenticated()`: Performs authentication only when tools are executed - `performAuthentication()`: Handles the actual authentication process - `hasValidCredentials()`: Non-throwing check for credential availability ### 3. Tool Registration Patterns - `ensureToolsRegistered()`: Registers tools on first access - `ensureResourcesRegistered()`: Registers resources on first access - `setupLazyLoading()`: Initializes lazy loading infrastructure ### 4.
