These terms are binding and enforceable as part of the license agreement and must be complied with in addition to the base AGPL-3.0 terms. **IMPORTANT**: These additional terms cannot be separated from the AGPL-3.0 license. Failure to comply with ANY term in the LICENSE file or this document constitutes a license violation. --- ## Dual Licensing Notice DollhouseMCP is available under dual licensing: 1. **AGPL-3.0-or-later** (this license) - Free for personal, educational, and open source projects that comply with ALL terms in the LICENSE file including these additional terms. 2. **Commercial License** - For proprietary/commercial use without AGPL obligations. See COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md or contact: contact@dollhousemcp.com **IMPORTANT**: You must choose ONE license model. If you have not obtained a separate commercial license agreement, this software is licensed under the AGPL-3.0-or-later WITH ALL ADDITIONAL TERMS in this document. You cannot selectively comply with only some terms - all terms apply together. --- ## License Transition Notice This project was originally developed under the MIT License as "persona-mcp-server". On July 1, 2025, the copyright owner (Mick Darling) exercised their right to relicense the work under AGPL-3.0-or-later as part of the transformation to "DollhouseMCP". This transition is documented in the git commit history and represents a lawful relicensing of original work by the sole copyright holder.
