# MCP Tools Unit Tests - Implementation Summary
## Overview
Comprehensive unit tests have been created for all MCP tools in the `src/tools/` directory. This test suite provides extensive coverage of tool functionality, error handling, and edge cases.
## Files Created

- Tests for search, agentic_search, and analyze_code_cross_language tools
- Covers success paths, error handling, and parameter variations

## Test Patterns Implemented
### 1. Tool Registration Mocking
All tests properly mock FastMCP tool registration:

### Issue 1: Import Path Mismatches
**Problem**: Some tests patch functions at the wrong module location
