Each tool maps to a distinct resource+action, and the descriptions explicitly police the boundaries between easily-confused pairs (get_holdings scans/quotes vs retrieve_holdings replays free; get_block_at_date vs get_date_for_block are inverses; list/set/map chart-of-accounts are separate CRUD steps).
