Hark Tech 3D Printing (UK)

Returns a one-sentence summary to repeat to the person, the price for one
copy, postage, dispatch time, batch discounts and order_url (where the
person reviews options and pays). If at_order_minimum is true the price is
the minimum order, not a per-copy cost: never multiply it by quantity.
If available is false, reason and message explain why (for example a
personal-use-only licence, or pricing busy: retry after a minute).

Args:
    model_link: A Printables (printables.com/model/123), Thingiverse
        (thingiverse.com/thing:123) or harktech.co.uk/m/ model link.
    material: pla, pla matte, pla silk, petg, tpu, abs, asa, pc, nylon,
        petg-cf or pa-cf.
    quantity: Number of copies (1-999).

Give a share link to the file itself: Google Drive or OneDrive ("anyone
with the link"), Dropbox, GitHub, or a Discord attachment link. Hark Tech
slices it, prices it and returns a summary plus checkout_url: a page with
the file priced in the person's basket, where they can adjust options,
enter delivery details and pay. Nothing is ordered or charged until they
pay there. If the person has no link, call get_upload_page instead.
For Printables or Thingiverse catalogue models, use get_quote.

Args:
    file_url: Public share link to the STL, 3MF or STEP file.
    material: pla, pla matte, pla silk, petg, tpu, abs, asa, pc, nylon,
        petg-cf or pa-cf.
    quantity: Number of copies (1-999).
    lead_time: standard, express (+70%, priority) or bulk (-20%, 10-14 days).

Only models whose licence allows commercial printing are returned. Pass a
result's model_link to get_quote for a price.

Args:
    query: What the person wants, e.g. "phone stand", "cable clip", "Dyson V15 trigger".
    page: Results page, 10 per page.
