Propose investment terms
propose_termsPropose the terms of the investment on the founders' behalf: pick an instrument and give a value for each of its variables (amounts as plain numbers in euros, percentages as numbers). Inside Yann's ranges the terms are agreed immediately and the agreement goes out for signature; outside, you get the ranges back and can propose again, or Yann answers. Confirm the terms with the founders before calling.
