One clinical trial by its registry number (NCT, ISRCTN, ChiCTR, CTRI, CTIS and the rest), with the registry's summary, outcomes and dates, every change ARN recorded and the papers that cite it. A record from the WHO ICTRP carries its attribution and the day WHO processed it, to show with it.
