Sends a request for a written ELC Conference 2027 partnership offer to the ELC team, with the chosen package and add-ons. The only tool that takes contact details — call it only after the user agreed to send their name, email and company. If the request could not be delivered it says NOT SENT and returns the quote, a book-a-call link and an email address instead.
