Searches MyBuildingPermit.com (14 cities + King County), Bellevue and Seattle Open Data, Renton EnerGov (live API), and WA State L&I (electrical permits). Returns all matching permits sorted newest-first. Use for due diligence, permit tracking, or verifying contractor pull history.
