List watchlists

The account's saved watchlists under "watchlists": each with id, name, description, color, is_default, stocks (symbol, name, exchange, notes) and created_at/updated_at in UTC. Without limit, cursor or summary the whole collection is returned; with any of them it is a newest-first page (default 200, max 500) plus next_cursor when more exist.
