PACKIQ: analyse a supplier quote

packiq_quote_analysis

Benchmark every line of a pasted supplier packaging quote against live PackIndex finished-pack indices: deviation from the benchmark and a verdict per line (Sharp, Competitive, High, Overpriced), with market evidence for lines more than 8% above index. Requires the user's OPN account; costs 2 PACKIQ credits (refunded automatically if the run fails).
