save_timed_boostDestructive
PARTIAL SAVE: writes ONLY the 'TimedBoost' field of TitlePublicConfigurationModel; all other v1/v2 fields stay untouched. Buff / boost definitions with a time component — temporary XP multipliers, drop-rate boosts, energy-cap boosts. Granted via Reward, Store, DealOffer, or events. Define the buff's effect and duration here; granting is done elsewhere.
