Destructive

PARTIAL SAVE: writes ONLY the 'CommunityMarketing' field of TitlePublicConfigurationModel; all other v1/v2 fields stay untouched. Community Marketing - the program that rewards community members for posting about the game on external social platforms (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram). A campaign declares WHO may take part (Participation + SegmentGate), WHEN it runs (ScheduleSpec), WHICH platforms count and at what weight, WHAT the post must contain (hashtags, mention, the creator verification code), and HOW it pays: RateCards give a linear rate per metric (e.g. 60 GOLD per 1000 views, optionally multiplied by a per-submission moderator coefficient), while Milestones give threshold rewards using the shared platform milestone primitive. Spending is bounded by a campaign Budget plus per-submission, per-creator and per-team Caps - all evaluated against what has been PAID, never what has been earned. Providers says where the view/like/comment/share numbers come from per platform (the title's own API key or aggregator key, addressed BY NAME in TitleSecrets - never the value itself), Moderation says what a human reviews, and AntiFraud sets the hold period before earnings mature plus the anomaly thresholds that freeze a suspicious submission. Creators, submissions, metric snapshots, accruals and the payout journal are NOT here - they are operational data in their own collections. The Community Marketing pool bucket is funded by a fee on player crypto withdrawals, configured in the Currency section (CryptoCurrencyDefinition.CommunityMarketingWithdrawalFeePercent), not here.

Caps live in Limits: PerActivationCap = max score of ONE submission, DailyCap / DailyWeightCap = submissions / total score per UTC day, CooldownSeconds, MaxPerWindow + WindowSeconds, TotalCap = submissions for all time. A submission over a cap is refused, not trimmed. BaseWeight is not read. Set caps the game can really reach: the client is not trusted, they are the only limit on a forged score."

TDQS

A3.7/5.0
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already flag a destructive write, and the description adds crucial scope: only the CommunityMarketing field is replaced while all other v1/v2 fields stay untouched. It also warns that provider secrets are referenced by name, not value, though it does not explain merge-vs-replace semantics inside the field or auth/error behavior.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness2/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The first sentence is front-loaded and high value, but the remaining multi-paragraph domain exposition is long and heavily duplicates schema field descriptions. For a two-parameter tool whose schema is fully described, much of the text does not earn its place.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness4/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

Given the complex nested object and no output schema, the description supplies useful scope and exclusion context (operational collections, fee location). It is nearly complete, though a read-before-write note or explicit merge semantics would close the remaining gap.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so title_id and the nested value tree are already fully documented. The description's domain walkthrough largely mirrors the schema's own descriptions (campaigns, rate cards, caps, providers, moderation, anti-fraud) and adds no syntax or merge behavior beyond it.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

Opens with a precise verb-resource-scope statement: PARTIAL SAVE writing only the 'CommunityMarketing' field of TitlePublicConfigurationModel. The clause that all other v1/v2 fields stay untouched distinguishes it from a full save_title_data-style write even without opening the schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines3/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It tells the agent what is out of scope (operational data, the withdrawal fee configured in Currency) but never names get_community_marketing or a full-save alternative. Usage is implied by the tool name and scope rather than explicit when/when-not routing.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
