Most tools have clearly distinct purposes (search vs download vs convert vs generate vs palette CRUD), and descriptions make the boundaries explicit. There is mild overlap between download_asset, download_generated_asset, and convert_file, and several widget-helper tools (apply_brand_palette, get_branded_preview, poll_generation, track_widget_event) are not meant for agent selection, which could momentarily confuse an agent.
