Prepare create

multivoice.orders.prepare_create

Prepares a paid dubbing, subtitles, transcription, or audiobook job and returns the exact price (commitment_amount). Does not start the paid job. Always show the human that amount and wait for confirmation in the MCP client before execute_create. Browser OAuth is one-time; do not open a browser again for each order. For types 4/5/7 take language_from/languages_to from get_create_options. For audiobook type 1 send nested book (no inspect). Types 2, 3 and 6 are MultiVoice Studio only.
